Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale has given the reason for choosing the name “Wonder Boy” for his new album yet to be released.
Speaking in an interview with DJ Advicer on the Ayekoo After Drive show on Happy FM, he explained: “I chose the name Wonder Boy to tell the youth that even though I was getting so much negativity from others, I was wonderful. The name is to tell the world that if you believe in yourself, you will be so wonderful.”
Shatta Wale also stressed that his album is an album to motivate the youth to work harder. He also revealed that this album that is so “dear to his heart” will be launched on 19th of October, 2019.
He used the interview as an opportunity to invite everyone to the launch of the “Wonder Boy” album launch.
