Ghanaian duo Harrison Afful and Mubarak Wakaso have been ruled out of Ghana’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against South Africa and Sao Tome due to injuries, Happyghana.com can report.
Mubarak Wakaso picked up an injury and was operated on last Tuesday.
He sustained a fracture in his right hand and underwent surgery.
Wakaso has started training at his club and is unlikely he will join the Black Stars ahead of the double header.
