Medeama and Hearts of Oak will clash in the top liner of the week at the Akoon Park on match day two of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League (GPL).

The game comes off on Sunday 5 December, 2019.

The Mauve and Yellow won their match day one fixture against Ebusua Dwarfs away while Hearts of Oak lost to Berekum Chelsea at home.

Medeama will be searching for their first home win at the Akoon Park after moving away from the Tarkwa and Aboso Park which is currently under renovation.

Hearts of Oak after parting ways with Kim Grant will be led by assistant coach Edward Nii Odoom.

Nii Odoom must get a positive result in this game to revive the league campaign of Hearts of Oak.

A defeat will bring more pressure on the Board who have come under severe criticisms from the supporters.

Hearts of Oak picked a win in their last visit to Medeama in the Ghana Premier League.
