Over 150 students have been displaced as a fire gutted a dormitory at the Islamic Girls Senior High school in the Wa Municipality.
The fire broke today at midday, and no fatalities were recorded.
The fire which lasted about an hour destroyed items and belongings of the students including bed, mattresses, textbooks, chopboxes and an undisclosed amount of money.
This comes just a day after fire gutted some dormitories at the Accra Academy.
According to Starr News, the Fire Service had a hard time putting out the fire due to the nature of items that were burning.
