Gov’t allocates $100m for coronavirus fight

Founder and Leader of the Common Sense Family, Avraham Ben Moshe, has pinpointed that Ghanaians voted for leaders to protect the country and not to tell us to fast, hence they should put prayer aside.

Broadcasting his opinion on a phone interview with host, Kwame Afrifa On Happy FM’s Epahoa Daben show, he stated that he, together with his people believe very much in God but does not believe we need God to help us in the battle against the Covid-19 disease

Ben Moshe said, “God in His word, said that he has created us in His own image. He has given us wisdom so once we are on this earth, we do not need God. We need the brains”

“I agree that prayers work but put that aside because it is only one percent. We didn’t vote for our leaders to tell us to fast. We voted for them to protect us in times of difficulty”, he exclaimed.

Thus, implying that declaring a national day of fasting and prayers to seek for God’s help in fighting coronavirus is not what is needed from our leaders.
