Coronavirus Outbreak: Churches are preparing to help – Sam Korankye Ankrah assures

General Overseer and Head Pastor of Royal House Chapel International, Apostle General Sam Korankye Ankrah, has assured that his church, as well as others, are in preparation to help the country stay safe amidst the Coronavirus outbreak.

Speaking on a phone interview with Happy FM’s Kwame Afrifa Mensah on Epahoa Daben, he commended the Pentecost church for their good job, donating fourty-five thousand cedis worth of sanitizers, and other protective kits to help the country stay safe from Covid-19 contraction.

When asked by host, Kwame Afrifa if he does not deem it necessary that his church, among others, also do same to help the country, he responded, “More churches are going to follow. Royal House is preparing, Perez is preparing, Lighthouse is preparing, Methodist and many others so as time goes on, you will notice that some of the churches are doing it”.

Nevertheless, he added that even in their own churches and branches, they have started doing this, only that they do not broadcast it, hence it is not seen or known by the public.

“We have started providing Veronica buckets for our branches, we are providing sanitizers for them, and even recently, Mama Rita donated Pajamas to senior citizens since they are more vulnerable to this problem. Last two weeks, she also donated rice so there are a lot of churches that are doing something but have not brought it to the public domain”, Apostle Sam concluded.
