Founder and General Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church(ICGC), Pastor Mensa Otabil, is solemnly calling on people to trust God with their problems, be prayerful about it, and stay committed.

He preached that just like Jesus took ownership of the 5 loaves of bread and two fish and blessed it when given to him, same will he do with our problems if we put them in His hands and stay committed in prayer.

This was during his live virtual preaching on Sunday, 24th May, of his message titled ‘Place it in the hands of Jesus’. The service was broadcast live on the Global Media Alliance platforms, Happy Fm, eTV Ghana and across the Y-Triangle.

The man of God said, “You have to give it to Him. You have to trust Him with it and you have to do it in prayer. And when you do it in prayer, it has to be a commitment that is real. Don’t put it in His hands today and go for it tomorrow morning, same thing over and over”.

“Trust in Him absolutely and allow him to own it. In other words, once you say Lord, I give it to You, don’t continue worrying about it. Plan for it but don’t be worried as if you must solve the problem “, he furthered.

Pastor Otabil went in to encourage that our resources may be small, time may be against us and location may not favor us but we still have to learn to put it in the hands of Jesus. “You do this by prayer and you totally surrender it to the Lord”, he concluded.
