Ghanaian singer, Justice Amoah, popularly known as Patapaa, has divulged that while others have sought to criticize him on any action he takes, Ghanaian dancehall Musician, Shatta Wale has always appreciated him.

In an interview with Happy FM’s DJ Advicer on the ‘Ayekoo After Drive’, he said: ” When I made a hit with my first song, Shatta Wale held my hand and told others that I was his superstar. He believed in me and I will be forever grateful to him”.

According to him, some artistes always think highly of themselves and would not want to engage with him like Shatta Wale would.

His word of advice to such artistes was, “artistes who brag do not stay long in the industry”.

The ‘One Corner’ hitmaker, noted that apart from these artistes, other people on social media always pass negative comments that could discourage him. However, he feels happier when people destructively criticize him.

According to him, criticisms from others make him stronger. “If people don’t talk about you, you cannot move on. The more you talk about me, it will be a blessing for me”, he added.

Patapaa is best known for his 2017 debut single “One Corner”, and in 2019, he came up with the phrase “Sco Pa Tu Manaa” which quickly became a social media sensation and further boosted his popularity.
