The main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has stressed that it warned Ghanaians against voting a 73-year old as the president of the country.
According to the NDC, it warned Ghanaians but they failed to listen and ended up voting for the New Patriotic Party and its octogenarian Nana Akufo -Addo hence the unending suffering they are going through in 2018.
The party is claiming  it is not surprised the NPP is failing abysmally in government because the 73-year old president is sleeping as usual.
We warned Ghanaians but they won’t listen and today what they are seeing Nana Addo is sleeping on the job and many are suffering.
Kwaku Boahen made this comment on the ‘Epa Hoa Daben’, socio-political show hosted Kwame Afrifa-Mensah on Accra-based Happy FM.
He said under Nana Addo the standards of good governance have fallen below the bar and nobody seems to know what is happening in the government.
Now all what we hear when the government is found wanting is ‘am not aware’ which has become the living word for the appointees of the Nana Addo’s government? he questions.
He said for a year neither a teacher nor a nurse  has receives any pay increment under the leadership Nana Addo.
Age has catch up with the man so he always sleeping on the job whereas Ghanaians are suffering he said.
