Aphrodisiacs are a major cause of heart complications amongst Ghanaian men in recent times, says CEO of Sabash Herbal Centre, Dr. Sabah.

Speaking on ‘In Bed With Adwen’ an adult entertainment program on e. TV Ghana, he said, “if a man can have sexual intercourse with a woman for 10minutes regularly and aphrodisiacs help him last 1 hour, his heart is being overworked which causes heart complications.”

According to him, the heart is like a car or any other mechanical machine and when it is used beyond its capacity, the engine gets damaged. Moreover, ones heartbeat beats more rapidly, pumps more blood and virtually becomes overworked, if he takes in aphrodisiacs and other sexual enhancing drugs.

He advised men to seek medical treatment if they are sexually weak rather than go in for these aphrodisiacs which will harm them after long term usage
