German giants Bayern Munich are doubling up efforts to sign youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi from English Premier League side Chelsea.

But the Bavarians face stiff opposition from Spanish side Barcelona, Juventus and Arsenal.

According to the Sun Newspaper, Bayern Munich are keen to push through a move for the 18-year-old in January.

Hudson-Odoi’s current contract with the Blues has 18 months to run but he is stalling over a new deal because of his lack of first-team opportunities.

The Under-17 World Cup winner has seen former England team-mate Jadon Sancho flourish at Borussia Dortmund and make his senior international debut since leaving Manchester City.

He wants to follow in the footsteps of Arsenal’s Reiss Nelson who gaining first team experience on loan at Hoffenheim.
