Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr. Ernest Addison’s father, Mr. Attah Joseph Addison has died, according to reports. He died aged 97.
He is also the father of Lawyer Philip Addison, a lead counsel for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) during the 2012 petition.
Mr. Joseph Attah Addison whose death occurred on 16th November 2019 after battling a short illness, served as the Deputy Director and Engineer-in-Chief of the Post and Telecommunications Department now the Ghana Post Company Limited.
Mr. Joseph Addison was also the father of Mrs. Janet Oklah, Accra, Mrs. Marian Akiwumi, USA, among others.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
