Ghana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has advised all Ghana ambassadors to render exceptional services when assigned to undertake any diplomatic duty.
The minister speaking at the Ambassadors’ Conference Orientation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Accra, explained that diplomats from Ghana have been granted the duty of partaking in bilateral duties with other nations on behalf of President John Dramani Mahama who has received recognition from a variety of international bodies and globally recognized personalities.
Ablakwa cited some comments made by a couple of figures after successful engagements with President Mahama including Singapore’s President, “Ghana’s President John Mahama is a man on a mission. He is determined to see his country and its young population succeed. I was very glad to meet him on his state visit to Singapore.” said H.E Tharman Shanmugaratnam.
Director of the African Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Abebe Aemro Selassie also said, “I hardly hear President with such fine details about their country, then again, this is Ghana’s John Mahama.”
” When you are going to represent the president with this extraordinary endorsements by global leaders, you can only put your best foot forward at all times.”
