YFM’s very own DJ Sly King has bagged an impressive three (3) different awards at the just ended 2025 Guinness Ghana DJ Awards.

DJ Sly King beat the competition to pick up, DJ of the Year, Male Radio DJ and Best DJ-Greater Accra Awards at the 2025 Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, cementing his place as one of Ghana’s most influential and dynamic DJs.

The ceremony, which celebrates excellence in DJing and entertainment, proved DJ Sly King is truly the best DJ in the country.

Known for his versatility, unmatched energy, and exceptional ability to connect with audiences, DJ Sly King’s win marks a major milestone in his career and a proud moment for the entire YFM family.

Speaking after receiving the award, a visibly excited DJ Sly King expressed his gratitude: “This is a truly humbling moment for me. Being named DJ of the Year means everything. I owe this to my listeners, the entire YFM team, and everyone who has supported my journey. I’m inspired to keep pushing boundaries, sharing great music, and representing Ghana on every stage.”

DJ Sly King hosts ‘The Touchdown’ on YFM every Sunday from 7 pm to 10 pm. The Touchdown is a music-driven show where DJ Sly King shares his deep passion for sound, rhythm, and culture with thousands of listeners each week. The show blends curated playlists, exclusive mixes, interviews, and global music trends, making it one of the most beloved programs on the YFM network.
