Don’t fall for Mahama’s rebranding trick – Ahiagbah advises Ghanaians

NPP details Dr. Bawumia’s plans for jobs, healthcare, and social interventions

Richard Ahiagbah, Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has urged Ghanaians to be discerning about John Mahama’s rebranding efforts ahead of the 2024 elections.

Ahiagbah cautions that Mahama’s attempt to present himself as a changed candidate should not obscure his past leadership record, which Ahiagbah believes had a negative impact on the country’s progress.

He advises Ghanaians to carefully consider Mahama’s past performance and its implications for the country’s future.

Richard Ahiagbah is encouraging Ghanaians to consider supporting Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, whom he views as a symbol of hope and progress for the country. Ahiagbah believes Bawumia has the leadership skills and vision to guide Ghana towards a more prosperous future, leveraging innovative and decisive solutions to address the nation’s challenges.

Richard Ahiagbah shared his thoughts on social media ( X, formerly Twitter), stating: “H.E. John Mahama was a one-term president because he was incompetent and brought untold hardship to Ghanaians. As a result of that incompetence, Ghanaians sent him home in 2016. So, let’s not be tricked by Mahama’s 2024 rebranding; he is the same old tried-and-failed Mahama. He was bad news for Ghana then, and he will be bad news for Ghana now.
Bawumia is the future. Bawumia is capable and would catalyze Ghana’s next chapter with bold solutions.”
