Enshika commences operations in Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi

Enshika, is the first truly Ghanaian Service that has launched its Operations in Accra, Kumasi & Takoradi in November 2017. While Uber entered this market in 2016, it was quite evident that it will be followed by some home-grown solutions or new international ones trying to come with offerings at reduced commission prices or few temporary giveaways to entice customers and drivers initially and then falling back to their usual ways.
Enshika however, is led on principle of having a “Journey” of a service continue even after the “Ride” has ended.
Enshika is well on its course to develop a complete ecosystem where its customers will be able to enjoy benefits of using Enshika at many touch points. Enshikans, as Enshika calls its riders, today earn Enshika points every time they take the ride. They can redeem these points at various partner outlets that have tied up with Enshika to offer discounts to its customers. Not just this, Enshikans also earn points, every time their referred friends & family take a ride. You can easily refer friends or family using your Enshika ID, the first such Unique Digital ID in the country to be used for referrals, redemption and other use cases that will soon be part of the ecosystem. Enshika further offers special categorization of its customers with special focus on Students & Corporates, who at the time of registration can chose their university/school/Organization are entitled to permanent discounts 24×7 based on these credentials.
Not just this, you can book a ride in advance for a later time, and it will be assigned to a Captain (Enshika calls its drivers captains) who shall be at your doorstep to take you safely around. Enshika has consciously decided not to indulge into Surge Pricing as it does not align to its corporate policy of providing free and fair services to its customers. It feels that Surge is like abusing the demand with multiples of prices leaving a bad and unwanted taste for the customer.
With many new features coming in Enshika, it truly will stand out from the rest. With its very strong referral policies for drivers, customers and the Ambassadors, everyone stands as a winner as they have a lifetime valid & recurring income for people who patronize with its service. Enshika believes every single user of the system or service, be it Customer, Driver or Ambassador or a Partner Outlet is equally important and should be rewarded equally and on recurring basis.
Enshika is in discussions to expand its presence in countries in West, Central & East Africa and shall continue to thrust its presence with its Unique, Innovative and Continual offerings with the aim to have inclusive growth for all its partners.
