Former Vice-Chairman of Accra Great Olympics, Humphrey Williams, has delivered on his promise and presented GHC 10,000 cash to the playing body after their win against Hearts of Oak in the Ga Mantse derby.
Mr Humphrey prior to the game promised the playing team a huge financial package if they are able to beat regional rivals Hearts of Oak on Saturday in the Ghana Premier League.
Great Olympics led by their talisman Gladson Awako produced a masterclass to beat Hearts of Oak in that entertaining game played at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The ‘dade boys’ won the game by 2-0 with goals from Gladson Awako and Maxwell Abbey.
Humphrey Williams on Monday donated the cash of Ghc 10,000 to the team which was received on behalf of the team by Deputy Coach Godwin Attram.
Great Olympics have receieved a lot of donations from the fans following the big win against their regional rivals on Saturday.
