Family of the late Ghana Freedom Party presidential candidate, Madam Akua Donkor, has announced the date for a one-week observation in her honor.

This event is set for Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the Ejuratia Funeral Grounds. Friends, family, and sympathizers are invited to gather from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to celebrate her life and legacy.

Akua Donkor, 83, passed on October 28 after a short illness at the Ridge Hospital in Accra.

Her passing has prompted many heartfelt tributes, honoring her unique contributions to Ghanaian politics.

The family expressed gratitude for the public’s support and condolences, noting that the one-week observation will offer an opportunity for all to celebrate her impactful life.

Further details about her final burial arrangements will be announced in the coming weeks
