The race for the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Presidency is on, as the Normalisation Committee prepares to set things straight.

The departure of Kwesi Nyantakyi has opened doors for a number of people to stake a claim for the position.

In June 2018, an investigative documentary by renowned undercover journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas collapsed the GFA, consequently pulling the plugs on all activities and competitions including the Premier League and the FA Cup.

The former GFA boss ran the association for 13 years but departed in disgrace after being captured in an exposé by investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

Elections are expected to be held in the coming month, with the NC set to finish its mandate.

Potential GFA Presidents below

Alhaji Karim Grunsah (King Faisal Football Club )

Alhaji Ali Raji (Former GHALCA Chairman)

Nana Yaw Amponsah  ( Phar Rangers)

George Afriyie (Former Vice President GFA)

Fred Pappoe (Former Vice President GFA)

Wilfred Osei Kwaku Palmer (Tema Youth)

Kurt Edwin Simon Okraku (Dreams Football Club)

Dr Kwame Kyei (Asante Kotoko)
