NDC supports name change for Flag Staff House

A deputy National Organizer of the main opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) has endorsed the decision for the change of name of the seat of government from Flag Staff House to Jubilee Hosue.
According to Joshua Akaamba on the ‘Epa Hoa Daben show hosted by Dr. Cann,  on Accra-based Happy FM, the seat of government deserves to be changed from the current Flag Staff House to Jubilee House because of the bad omen that has befallen it in recent times .
He said the name of the country’s foremost seat of government needed a name change because the Nana Addo and his New Patriotic Party(NPP) led administration has denigrated the image of the revered seat of government.
Now if you google information about Ghana’s seat of government, the only information that pops up is the sharing of cash and beating of a security officer he noted
He claimed that the NPP has turned the seat of government into a haven for collecting bribes and sharing moneys meant for the total development of the nation.
” The seat of government has been turned into hub for beating up officers on duty adding the sanctity of the Flag Staff House was preserve under ex-president John Dramani Mahama and his NDC’s during his reign” he said.
They must change the name from Flag Staff House to Jubilee House because their activities in House has dented the image of the House over the past years he said.
I support the NPP’s decision to have name  Flag Staff House replaced with Jubilee House because the place ceased to be Flag Staff House since the NPP assumed office because of their illicit activities in there he noted.
How can a seat of government be the haven for collecting bribes and sharing money for the organization of party activities.
That place does not deserved to be called the seat of government any more he told the sit -inn host of the show.
