Nana Akosua Sarpong Kumankuma, CPP Presidential Candidate hopeful has outlined why she believes she deserves to be elected as the party’s Flagbearer.

She emphasized that there is the need for a strong woman to guide the nation through its challenges.

In an interview with Happy Kaseɛbɔ, she stated, “When things get tough, as we are witnessing in the country, a woman’s wisdom is vital. Since independence, men have tried everything, but the country continues to go down, We need a human touch that prioritizes the development and welfare of people in every policy.”

Nana Akosua explained that she decided to run for Flagbearer despite the difficulties the CPP has faced because she firmly believes the party requires a leader with vision and resilience.

“With the economic hardships Ghana is experiencing, we need a leader who speaks the truth, is courageous, God-fearing, and committed to implementing the right policies,” she noted.

She added, “As we elect our Flagbearer today, the delegates’ decision will push the party forward. Whoever is elected will have our full support, and that unity will drive the party toward success in the 2024 elections”.

Nana Akosua Sarpong Kumankuma remains confident in her chances of winning the election.
