Glorious Women on the Go (GWOGO), an affiliate of the Women’s Fellowship of the Christian Worship Centre (Celebration Chapel), has donated notepads, sanitary kits, packs of restroom tissues, boxes of water and sports gear to the O’Reilly Senior High School in Accra.

This initiative forms part of activities ahead of this year’s GWOGO Summit scheduled for 18 October, 2025 at the Christin Worship Centre, Celebration Chapel, Teshie. It reflects the Fellowship’s commitment to empowering young people with resources that support both academic excellence and personal development.

Leading the donation ceremonies, the President of GWOGO, Lady Reverend Mrs. Cassandra Quaye, reiterated the group’s vision of nurturing students beyond the classroom.

“At GWOGO, we believe that education and character development go hand in hand. This donation is not just about books or sports equipment; it is about instilling confidence, dignity, and resilience in the next generation. Our goal is to equip young people, especially women, with the tools to dream, excel, and live purpose-driven lives,” she said.

Present at the event were the Resident Pastor of Christian Worship Centre, Teshie Assembly, Reverend William Quaye, alongside associate pastors and members of the GWOGO committee team.

They engaged students in an interactive dialogue session, addressing issues of career planning, personal growth, and moral character building.

The Chaplain of the school, Pastor Frank Crabb, who received the items on behalf of the school’s management, expressed heartfelt appreciation to GWOGO.

“We are truly grateful to GWOGO for this timely intervention. The notepads will enrich our academic resources, the sanitary kits will support the health needs of our girls, and the sports gear will promote physical fitness and teamwork. Beyond these items, the dialogue session with our students was deeply impactful, inspiring them to think critically about their future and moral values,” he remarked.

The organization an affiliate of the Women’s Fellowship of the Christian Worship Centre (Celebration Chapel), is dedicated to empowering women, children, and individuals facing diverse challenges. GWOGO also collaborates with partners, including the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., the West Africa Alumnae Chapter, to expand its reach across Ghana and beyond, providing families and communities with care, guidance, and holistic support.
