The recent 4% hike in fuel prices has sparked widespread concern among residents in the Dormaa East District of the Bono region. The constant surge in petroleum prices has a far-reaching impact, leading to a corresponding increase in food prices and other essential services. This has become a source of worry for many, as it directly affects their daily lives and household expenses.

Residents within the Dormaa East District has expressed frustration about the persistent rise in fuel prices, which they believe is driving up the cost of living. The increase in fuel prices has a ripple effect on the entire economy, leading to higher prices for food and other necessities. This has put a strain on household budgets, making it difficult for people to make ends meet.

They are calling on the government to intervene and take concrete measures to reduce the hardship inflicted upon them by the fuel price increment. By doing so, the government can help alleviate the suffering of its citizens and ensure that the cost of living remains affordable.
