The perception that men cannot cook was flawed at the just ended Happy FM Dream Wedding Cooking Competition with the grooms cooking various dishes for their brides-to-be.
The competition which forms part of the build up to the main Dream Wedding on February 14 at Cleaver House in Accra, was heavily patronized by friends and families of the grooms who engaged in the cooking competition.
The Happy FM Dream Wedding which has over time evolved from the Happy FM Valentine Mass Wedding, takes on a new exciting twist that leaves a lasting memory in the minds of the couples, as well as their family and friends who witness this special occasion.
After keen contest between the men over the weekend, Ologo Nutella Nyumutei and Barnabas Acquah (from group 1), came first with their well-prepared Rice balls and Groundnut soup. They received an Onga branded Rice Cooker and products from Promasidor.
Eric Adam Brown and Emmanuel Afotey Annang (from Group 5) came second with Banku and Okro stew. They received an Onga branded Blender and products from Promasidor.
Bernard Nutakor and Timothy Amoah (from Group 3), came third with their Beans stew and Plantain. They received an Onga branded Kettle and products from Promasidor.
Speaking at the event, Kwesi        Sarpong, Programmes Manager of Happy FM commended the grooms for taking part in the cooking competition and thanked the brides for their support in cheering on their husbands-to-be.

The Happy FM Dream Wedding Cook out was sponsored by Onga.
