Happy Bible Quiz creates buzz ahead of finals

The finals of the 4th edition of the most educative and interactive Bible education contest, the Happy Bible Quiz, is scheduled to take place at the Mount Zion Methodist Church in Dome.

The competition, which started in October, will climax in grand style at the Mount Zion Methodist Church with support from participating churches and musical performances from guest artistes.

Frimpomaa Mainoo Senya of the Apostolic Church, Allotey Patience of Arena of Hope Ministry International, and Selina Kudadze of Mount Zion Methodist Church, have stretched their biblical intelligence and are eager to cement their worth presently.

However, two of the contestants, Maxine Vanessa N. D. Kotey and Kortey C. K Maxwell will compete against each other for the 4th and 5th positions at the final stage.

The Happy Bible Quiz, which seeks to instil in Christians the word of God and promote bible knowledge amongst young Christians, encourages participants to strive for excellence in bible knowledge, spelling, literature and the myriad of other biblical activities.

The Finals, scheduled for December 17, 2023, will see the three contenders battling it out for bragging rights and the ultimate prize of Ghc20,000 worth of airtime along with other amazing goodies from partners and sponsors at the Mount Zion Methodist, Dome, 6pm prompt.

Meanwhile, fans who are set to throng the venue are advised to be seated at 5pm to avoid unfortunate circumstances.

The ‘Happy Bible Quiz’ which is dedicated to the Christian community and spearheaded by the station’s socio-religious show, Nsem Pii, will see churches in the country compete against each other for the bragging rights on who knows the word and fraternize.

To assess the reward, participants are to excel in thematic areas which include; sword, bible and character drills. The 9 week-long event is held every Sunday at 6:00 pm at the studios of Happy98.9FM and broadcast live with support from the digital assets of Happy98.9FM.
