The country’s favourite insurance group, Hollard Ghana has disabused the minds of Ghanaians on what insurance really means.
Prior to their active participation in the Ghanaian insurance industry, most people regarded insurance as a grudge purchase which requires one to spend money they will never get back.

But using the opportunity given to them to engage with the young and young at heart on Y 107.9 FM’s ‘Ryse N Shyne’ morning show with host, Brown Berry, the Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs, Cynthia Ofori-Dwumfuo asserted, “For us at Hollard Ghana, we like to dwell on the positives. It is not about what could go wrong but it’s all about what could go right.”

She further added that “What could go right, in this case, is when Hollard is there for you when something happens.”

She noted that insurance is a priority for every individual because life is unexpected and the unexpected and inevitable sometimes find a way of happening.

Referencing an earlier statement made by Brown Berry, she stated, “The car that you spoke about for instance could break down, it could be hit or you may have a flood at home. Your business could even be affected.”

Cynthia added that there are so many risks which are beyond the control of the ordinary Ghanaian and cited the global COVID-19 pandemic as one such risk. “Insurance comes in at this point and we at Hollard Ghana got your back.”

Hollard Ghana is different from all other insurance companies and works with a purpose to enable more people to secure a better future.

The company sees Insurance as a measure of social good. And when you think about it from that point and pay your premium, they have got you and all other parties covered should something go wrong.

Hollard Ghana, with subsidiaries Hollard Insurance and Hollard Life Assurance, combines its deep local knowledge of the market with the world-class expertise of an international insurance brand.

With feet firmly planted on Ghanaian soil but Headquartered in South Africa, Hollard delivers innovative insurance solutions customized to the unique risks Ghanaians face.

Hollard offers various life and general insurance products including funeral, personal accident, motor, business, home, and more and can be reached via the following means: 0501603967 (Hollard Insurance) and 0501533698 (Hollard Life).
