The Member of Parliament for Suhum, Frank Asiedu Bekoe, popularly known as Protozoa, has emphasized his strong commitment to ensuring that all deplorable roads in his constituency are fixed during his tenure.

Speaking in an interview with Happy 98.9 FM’s Nana Antwi Boasiako after distributing free fuel to commercial drivers in Suhum on Friday, December 26, Mr. Bekoe said it is his ultimate goal to make the constituency boast some of the best roads in the country.

Touching on the long-neglected Suhum–Koforidua road, the MP disclosed that although a contractor had initially been assigned to the project, a recent visit to the site revealed that the contractor was no longer working there.

He said he is currently making enquiries to ascertain the reasons behind the contractor’s absence.

Mr. Bekoe further revealed that he has submitted a comprehensive list of all roads in need of construction to the Ministry of Roads and Highways.

He expressed optimism that the ministry will respond positively.

He assured residents of Suhum of his readiness to deliver on his campaign promises and urged them to rally behind him as he works to bring lasting development to the constituency.
