The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially announced the postponement of the first edition of the WAFU A and B U-20 Boys’ Cup, which was originally set to kick off on June 15, 2025.
A statement published on the GFA’s website reads:
“We regret to inform the public that the WAFU A & B U-20 Boys’ Cup of Nations, scheduled to be held in Prampram from June 15 to 30, 2025, has been postponed. A new date will be communicated in due course.”
The GFA urged all participating teams, officials, and stakeholders to remain patient and stay tuned to its official channels for further updates.
“The rescheduling is aimed at creating the best possible conditions for a successful tournament. We remain committed to delivering a vibrant and competitive event for all involved,” the statement added.
