Ghanaian actor and politician John Dumelo is grieving the passing of his father, Engineer John William Kudzo Anato-Dumelo Snr., who has died at the age of 75.
In a heartfelt tribute on social media, John Dumelo reflected on his final moments with his father, recalling their last conversation just hours before his passing.
He shared that they had discussed topics like politics, life, farming, and business, with his father offering words of wisdom about his upcoming swearing-in ceremony.
Tragically, not long after their meeting, Dumelo received the devastating news that his father had become unresponsive.
Despite efforts to rush him to the hospital, he sadly passed away.
John expressed deep gratitude to his father for being a constant source of support, describing him as his “best friend” and “number one cheerleader”.
He also honored his father’s legacy while sending heartfelt regards to his late mother.
