Black Stars winger, Kamaldeen Sulemana has been ruled out of Southampton’s upcoming home game in the Premier League against Newcastle United.

Southampton will host high flying Newcastle United on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Saint Mary’s Stadium on match day 23 as they hope to save their crumpling season.

Speaking ahead of the game at his pre-match conference, Southampton manager Jurić stated that the Ghanaian will miss the game after suffering another hamstring injury.

“He won’t play against Newcastle as he has a little injury. It’s a minor problem with his hamstring, but our medical staff are worried because of his previous issues. I think (hopefully) it’s nothing serious, and from Monday, he’ll start training with the team,” Jurić said.

Kamaldeen Sulemana has made 11 Premier League appearances but is yet to register a goal or assist in the ongoing Premier League season.
