Asamoah Gyan has suffered a defeat in court against his ‘rape case’ with Sarah Kwablah after a court ruling today Wednesday, March 20, 2019, but according to lawyer Maurice Ampaw there is more to come.

The Ghana Black Stars captain was seeking to claim Sarah Kwablah and three others which includes Osarfo Anthony, Chris Handler and Ekow Micah tried extorting money from him using the former as bait but couldn’t back his claim with substantial evidence in court.

The Judge, Her Honour Afia Agbanu Kumador, however, upheld the submission of a no case filed by counsel for defendants explaining that the prosecution had not been able to prove that a prima facie case has been established against the accused persons.

The case, you would recall had been in court for over three years and when the judge has acquitted and discharged all accused person in the matter.

Maurice Ampaw after the trial spoke to Odiasempa Kwame-Oware on Happy FM’s Wamputu Sports and disclosed that they are preparing for a second lawsuit against the beleaguered Black Stats skipper.

“Asamoah Gyan has been exposed big time and I wish they will apply the copy of judgement to the public,” Lawyer Ampaw said.

“We are going to sue him for the second one which is called malicious prosecution for defamation. Because of Gyan, Sarah is practicing law now.”

“We are taking 50 billion old Ghana cedis from Gyan next time he will learn from this.”
