Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Customers of the inoperative gold dealership, Menzgold has revealed that, Customers with money locked up with the gold dealership are required to present proof of claims before receiving any money from the company.

In an interview on Happy FM’s Epa Hoa Daben, he disclosed that, “Information reaching me shows that some ghost names have been added to the original list of Menzgold customers after NAM1’s incarceration in Dubai. This is why a directive has been issued for us to present proof of claims before receiving our payments.”

According to him anyone who has misplaced or fails to present a Gold trading agreement, Receipt of gold traded purchase, Gold trading commission receipt, Valid national ID cards and Evidence of gold re-trade: Receipts or Agreements risks losing his/her investments.

He advised customers of the gold dealership to make sure they have all their documents in order before visiting any of their [Menzgold’s] designated outlets for validation and hence payments.

Customers of Menzgold are to validate their documents in order to receive their money. The exercise is scheduled to start from the 28th of October to the 28th of November 2019 at some designated outlets.
