NPP to address Alan Kyeremanten's resignation tommorrow

The New Patriotic Party is set to hold a press conference to address the resignation of Mr. Alan John Kwadwo Kyeremanten from the ruling party.

The former Minister for Trade and Industry announced his resignation at press conference earlier today . His decision is tied to his desire to contest as an independent presidential candidate in the 2024 general elections.

The New Patriotic Party, in a statement urged all party delegates and members to remain calm and await an official address on the matter.

The statement indicated that the party will make this address on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, 2:00pm prompt at the NPP Headquarters, Asylum Down, Accra.
