NPP-announces-Nationwide-Thank-You-tour-following-2024-election-defeat

The New Patriotic will on Friday, 19th July 2024 inaugurate Ashanti Regional campaign committees of it’s campaign team ahead of 2024 general elections.

The launch will be held at Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi which will also include the official launch of a campaign song by Diana Asamoah.

Bernard Antwi Boasiako also known as “Chairman Wontumi”, Ashanti Regional Chairman for NPP will inaugurate the campaign team.

Hajia Samira Bawumia, Second lady of the Republic of Ghana will be the Guest of Honour, leading members of both National and Regional campaign teams, Members of Parliament, Chief Executive officers and the dignitaries of the party will also be attending.

An eleven Member organisational committee has been set-up to oversee the planning and organization of the ceremony and they are

  1. Chairperson- Partricia Appiagyei (Asokwa MP)
  2. Co-chair – Collins Ntim (MP Offinso North)
  3. Secretary – Kwame Adom Appiah (Operations)
  4. Rep. for Council of Elders – Nana Ababio Wife.
  5. Rep for MMDCE- Alexander Frimpong ( Ashanti Regional of MMDCES).
  6. Rep. for Regional Executives- Nana Ama Ampomah( Regional Woman Organizer).
  7. Rep. for Constituency Executives- Dominic Bosompem( Ashanti Dean of chairmen)
  8. Rep.for CEOs- Kwabena Appiah (CEO, State Housing Company).
  9. Members – Francis Adomako (Regional Organiser), Kwabena Nsenkyire and Martin Ameyaw Snr.

The Organisational committee will work under and report to the Ashanti Regional Campaign leadership of the party.
