The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced that online registration for the 2025/2026 service year will reopen from Wednesday, October 8 to Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

This comes after President John Dramani Mahama ordered a complete overhaul of the Central Service Management Platform (CSMP), following a Technical and Forensic Audit that found the system inadequate.

In line with the directive, the NSA has developed a new digital platform designed to enhance transparency, security, and real-time verification during the registration process.

As a result, all registrations completed in June 2025 have been cancelled. The NSA cited data integrity issues including age discrepancies as the main reason for the invalidation. All affected individuals are required to re-register.

“All previous registrations from June 2025 have been declared null and void. Every prospective service personnel must re-register on the new platform,” the Authority said in a statement.

The NSA also assured applicants that all valid registrants from the cancelled exercise will receive full refunds of their service fees.

Detailed instructions for the new registration process will be published on the NSA’s updated website, www.gnsa.gov.gh, beginning Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

The Authority further announced a series of reforms, including tighter IT controls and anti-fraud measures aimed at preventing payroll manipulation and ensuring timely payment of allowances.

The Authority stated it is collaborating with the Controller and Accountant General’s Department to improve financial oversight and will carry out routine efficiency audits.

All assigned personnel are expected to report to their service posts on Saturday, November 1, 2025, with the official start of the service year set for Monday, November 3, 2025.
