The Priscilla Congregation of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Dansoman is set to host a Nine Lessons and Carols Service on Sunday, December 19, 2021, as part of its activities to celebrate the Christmas season.

The coral service will take place at the church’s premises, located at Gbegbeyise, Dansoman Last Stop, starting at 8:00 am prompt.

The Carols service will see sparkling performances from all sections of the congregation, including a display from the adorable Children’s service and Junior Youth (JY). The tenacious Young People’s Guild )YPG) will also render a dazzling performance, with the greatest vocals, the Church Choir ending the night with a godly ministration.

The theme for this year’s Carols Service is dubbed ‘Blessed is the fruit of your womb’.

Speaking on this year’s service, Senior Presbyter, Mrs Judith Kloe said, “We want to show our gratitude to the Lord for how far He’s brought us. We’re in the last month of the year and may His name be praised. The theme references a time in the Bible when Elizabeth rejoiced when she saw that Mary’s son would be greater than her long-awaited son as she was barren her whole life. What went on strengthened her faith. God has a purpose for every one of us and what we’re to do for Him. As we enter 2022, let’s look at what we can do to bring people to Christ. I hope through that, we would be blessed and God would answer our prayers for us in Jesus’ name, Amen.”

The Church invites all to the program as it promises to be unique and a memorable one.
