Heavy rains on Monday morning has left parts of Asylum Down inaccessible, again.
Floods in the capital every time it rains, have become a usual phenomenon and the 30 minutes drops of rain left no surprises.
Happy FM’s Joseph Nii Ankrah took a tour of some areas and reported on the destruction caused.
