The Ghana Police Service has arrested a 49-year-old man in connection with a viral video in which he threatened a High Court judge, Justice Patricia Quansah.
A statement issued by the Police on Tuesday, March 31 said the video contained threats, abusive language, and allegations accusing the judge of criminal conduct, raising concerns about her safety and the reputation of the judiciary.
The suspect, identified as John Kwabena Owusu Ansah, was arrested by officers from the Cyber Vetting and Enforcement Team after intelligence-led operations.
He was picked up on Thursday, March 27, 2026, at his hideout at Antoakrom in the Ashanti Region.
He is currently in police custody assisting investigations and is expected to be put before the court.
