Vice Presidential candidate, of the National Democratic Congress(NDC), Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang will begin a tour of the Oti Region on Thursday, November 28.

Over the next two days, she will campaign to garner support for the NDC’s presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama, and the party’s parliamentary hopefuls.

A statement released by her spokesperson James Agyenim-Boateng on Thursday, November, 28 said during her visit, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will engage with voters in various communities, including Likpe-Mate in the Guan Constituency, New Ayoma in the Buem Constituency, Abotoase in the Biakoye Constituency, and Kparekpare in the Krachi East Constituency.

The statement noted that she will focus on discussing the NDC’s key manifesto priorities, such as empowering women financially, creating employment opportunities for the youth, and advancing education at all levels and wrap up her tour on Friday and return to Accra later that day.
