S-Inkoom Football Management Agency (SIFMA) continues its relentless pursuit of discovering football talents, taking its successful tournament to the vibrant city of Accra. Samuel Inkoom, the former Ghanaian footballer turned CEO of SIFMA, is pushing the boundaries of traditional player management agencies by focusing not only on talent discovery but also on long-term development and success.

In an exciting update, the second phase of the SIFMA tournament is now set to unfold at the Ajiringanor Astro Turf in Accra on Sunday, January 27th, 2024, starting at 11:00 am. The tournament promises to be a showcase of raw talent and determination as young players from the region vie for the opportunity to represent not only themselves but also Ghana on the international stage.

SIFMA, sponsored by CEEK, has garnered significant attention for its holistic approach to player management. Beyond the quest for skilled athletes, the agency is committed to instilling values, fostering responsibility, and preparing aspiring footballers for the challenges and opportunities that a professional career entails.

In the previous phase of the tournament held in Kumasi, 10 standout players were selected, and a similar process is expected in Accra. Another 10 promising talents will be chosen, and the final 20 players from both regions will go head-to-head to determine the best of the best.

Samuel Inkoom’s vision for SIFMA transcends the boundaries of the beautiful game. It’s not merely about nurturing football talents but about building a legacy that uplifts the nation and achieves victories in prestigious campaigns. The agency’s dedication to contributing to the growth of football in Ghana is evident in its forward-thinking approach and commitment to long-term player development.

Football enthusiasts and supporters are invited to witness the thrilling competition at the Ajiringanor Astro Turf in Accra on January 27th, 2024, at 11:00 am. SIFMA’s initiative stands as a testament to Samuel Inkoom’s enduring passion for the beautiful game and his desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of young players in Ghana.
