AG withdraws charges against Bishop Salifu Amoako and others

The Son of Pastor Elisha Salifu Amoako, Elrad Amoako has been remanded in the Juvenile prison, set to reappear in court on Thursday November 7, 2024.

He appeared before the juvenile court on Friday November 1, 2024 amid speculations of being unfit to speak.

To ensure compliance, the Court ordered him to be remanded and reappear with a bail condition to submit his Ghanaian and US passports by Monday November 4, 2024.

The court also directed that, Elrad Amoako undergoes medical review at the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) on Monday November 4, 2024 with the police.

He has been remanded at the Osu boys Home.

Elrad Amoako was involved in an accident at East Legon which led to the death of two young girls.
