The 3rd edition of the most celebrated Christian contest, the ‘Happy Bible Quiz’, championed by Happy98.9FM is underway.

The Happy Bible Quiz has over the years promoted and achieved the great commission, instilled the word of God in and educated Christians, promoted healthy competition and bible literature.

The 5 week intensive quiz on bible literature, will test the aptitude of participants on bible knowledge, bible spelling, draw your sword and a myriad of other biblical activities.

The ‘Happy Bible Quiz’ which is dedicated to the Christian community and spearheaded by the station’s socio-religious show, Nsem Pii, will see churches in the country compete against each other for the bragging rights on who knows the word, fraternizing with themselves.

The ‘Happy Bible Quiz’ will be held live at the studios of Happy98.9FM and broadcasted live with support from Happy98.9FM’s digital assets.

After numerous participants picked up forms to partake in the quiz, a few were selected from the lot to represent their churches on the Happy Bible Quiz stage. Those who made it through the selection stage were taken through an orientation session on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at the premises of Happy98.9FM at Asylum Down to be briefed on the rudiments of the contest.

The new and refreshing Happy Bible Quiz will be moderated by Head Pastor of Perez Chapel – Teshie, Prophet George Owusu-Mensah and will see participants go through the preliminary stages, moving on to the elimination round by excelling in the 4 thematic areas of the quiz; sword, Bible and character drills.

Coordinator of the Happy Bible Quiz, Isaac Addae described the 3rd edition of the contest as an upgrade of the last, creating an electrifying atmosphere for the sharing of bible knowledge and relationship building between participating teams and churches.

“The Happy Bible Quiz is one of its kind and spearheaded by Happy98.9FM. The 3rd edition of the quiz comes with a lot of fan ways in learning and promoting bible literature, peaking the interest of Christians and non-Christians alike. I urge interested parties to join us every Sunday to know Christ for themselves,” he stated.

The Happy Bible Quiz is in partnership with; The Christian Council of Ghana, The Bible of Society of Ghana and the Methodist Bookshop.
