Medeama SC’s head coach, Evans Adotey, expressed his optimism about the team’s upcoming clash against DC United. Coach Adotey in an exclusive interview with Happy FM’s Ohene Bampoe Brenya, mentioned that despite some fatigue, the team was fully prepared for the match and saw it as a crucial stepping stone for their impending CAF Champions League game against Al Ahly.

“The team is just a little fatigued, but we are gearing up for this clash against DC United, and looking at the team’s preparations so far, I can say the team is ready,” Adotey asserted. “As part of this fixture, we also have a CAF match against Al Ahly, and we have outstanding matches in the GPL league. That alone explains the team’s resilience, and we will be hoping to emerge victorious after tomorrow’s clash.”

Musah, emphasizing the national pride associated with their performance, stated, “We are here to represent Ghana, not just Medeama SC, so we are poised for the game, though it’s a friendly. We want to make ourselves and the nation proud. We are promising Ghanaians good football tomorrow; that’s why we are champions of Ghana, and it’s not just by fluke.”
