Former NDC presidential candidate aspirant Ekwow Spio-Garbrah may soon be walking down the aisle after getting engaged.
The 67-year-old who is also a former Minister of Trade got engaged after proposing to his much younger girlfriend.
A video has popped up showing how the whole proposal business of Spio-Garbrah and his fiancee went down. In the video, the former minister was seen dressed in white a function and standing in front of many other people.
