YFM Area Codes Jam 2024: Over 20 Upcoming Talents Shine Alongside Established Stars

The YFM Area Codes Jam 2024, held on March 6th in celebration of Ghana’s Independence Day, roared to life with a diverse lineup that ignited the crowds at Legon City Mall. True to its vision of empowering rising stars, the event showcased the raw talents of over 20 upcoming artists alongside established Ghanaian music icons.

Headlining the celebration was the electrifying Shatta Wale, thrilling the audience with his signature energy performing back to back hits. But the night belonged not just to the established stars, but also to the future of Ghanaian music. Artists like Nana Fredua-Agyeman Jnr, Kadodge, Emplus, Mysstel, and Debwoy Afriqa took the stage, captivating the audience with their unique styles and captivating performances.

The diverse lineup extended beyond music, with performances from the talented Renner, Fimy Baby, Toff Twins, J. Avid, Ice Wiz, and the dynamic dance group, Militant Dance Family. Rising stars like Romeo Swag, Boy Doe, Yaw Darling, Kobby Shawn, Freedy, Kweku Wina, Octoblien, Crispen, Skery Zee, Teflon Flexx, the Lali x Lola duo, Abitemi, and Aba all showcased their talents, leaving a lasting impression on the massive crowd.

The night was not just about discovering new talent; it was also a celebration of established Ghanaian music. Renowned artists like the “Koko” hitmaker EL, La Meme Gang, Twitch and Olive the Boy graced the stage, blending their experience with the infectious energy of the rising stars.

YFM’s Area Codes Jam 2024 proved once again to be a vibrant platform for Ghanaian music, fostering a space where established stars and upcoming talents can share the stage, ignite the crowds, and celebrate the rich heritage of Ghana’s music scene.
