Streetwise Promotions in association with Errol Hawk Sports Management has officially announced fighters for March 11 showdown at the newly built Sports Emporium in Accra.
The Chief Executive Officer of Streetwise Promotions, Michael Amoo-Bediako, unveiled the boxers in a press conference at the International Conference Centre in Accra on Thursday.
According to the USA-based promoter, there will be three WBC titles up for grabs as the show will be used to celebrate the country’s 60th anniversary.
Richard Commey, who will headline the show, comes face to face with Belgium’s Hedi Slimani as they battle each other for the vacant WBC international silver lightweight title.
The co-main bout will feature a welterweight clash between Ghana’s Frederick Lawson and Jamaica’s Sakima Mullings which will have the vacant WBC international silver welterweight title at stake.
Also on the card is a vacant WBC International Silver bantamweight belt between Ghana’s Duke Micah and Mexican fighter Jonathan Chanoni Aguilar.
According to the organizers, there will be supporting bouts that include, Felix Ajom, Kpapkpo Allotey and Emmanuel Anim.
