Ghana secured the third spot in the evening of Wednesday, March 20, 2024, with a time of 44.21 seconds.

Nigeria secured the gold medal in the 4X100 relay final with a time finish of 43.05 seconds.

Liberia won the bronze medal with 44.02 seconds.
