Ghana’s U-17 side the Black Starlets will engage their Malian counterparts in a friendly international at the Mohammed Bin Zayed Sports Stadium, NYU, Abu Dhabi today, Wednesday 20th September.
This preparatory game seeks to help coach of the side Paa Kwesi Fabin put finishing touches to his team as he needs to drop four players from this talented squad.
Mali beat the Black Starlets in the final of the U-17 AFCON stage in Gabon this year to scoop the title.
The game is at 3:00pm GMT.
Happy FM’s Odiasempa Kwame Oware who doubles as the Team Media Officer for the Starlets hinted that the boys are in good spirit in Abu Dhabi and are poised to set the tone with this friendly game.
