Here are 5 things you should know about your breast.

Weight can cause sagging

Did you know that gaining and losing weight can actually cause your breasts to look saggy?

Your skin stretches when you gain weight but it doesn’t bounce back when you lose it, so when you lose a drastic amount of weight the stretched skin remains. Maintaining a healthy weight can prevent sagging. Continuous stretching of the skin can cause your breasts to look droopy.

Your breast are fraternal twins

Look at your breast carefully in the mirror and you will notice that one of your breasts is larger than the other or one hangs a little bit lower than the other one? Don’t panic, there is nothing wrong with you. The left breast is usually slightly larger than the right and very few women have a perfectly symmetrical pair of breasts.

Wearing the wrong side of bra

More women are consciously buying the wrong size of bra to entice men. However, they don’t know that it can cause back pain, indigestion, and headaches. Don’t feel shy if you don’t know your bra size, talk to a professional to measure your chest and avoid making a minimal mistake that is affecting your health.

Breastfeeding doesn’t make them sag

Most lactating mothers don’t breastfeed their babies for more than 6 months because they believe their breast will appear sag.

While in fact, it isn’t the breastfeeding that can cause sagging it is the weight gain during your pregnancy that can cause your breasts to droop. Weight gain, age, and cigarettes are the main factors that cause sagging of the breasts.

Breast are for babies

We all know men love them too but your boobs aren’t on your chest for men to drool over them during lovemaking.

Breasts are purposely for producing milk not attracting men. Breasts are made of fatty tissue that is held by connective tissue. Inside the breast tissue are milk-producing sacs and of course we know that this milk is produced after a woman gives birth.
