Young highlife musician Kurl Songx says he felt disappointed and betrayed when a section of his interview with TV and radio personality Delay on the delay show which they had agreed would not be aired was aired to the public.
In January he granted an interview to Delay where he revealed that he did not have a girlfriend. He further made claims of having several women at his disposal for sexual purposes whenever he chooses.
However in an interview with JoyNews, Kurl Songx affirmed making those comments, but he implored Delay not to air that part of the interview and she agreed to it only to later see to see it being aired.
He said, “After the interview, I told her that, please I felt I didn’t speak well here, so I’m pleading can you edit it out, I will appreciate it.”
The ‘Jennifer Lomotey’ hitmaker also used the interview to apologize to all women who were offended by his comments.
“I am pleading with Ghanaians that whatever I said if you felt disrespected, that’s not who I am, I’m truly sorry. The fact that I was being honest, maybe at that point I didn’t speak well but I am not that kind of person.”
The Delay show is an interactive talk show hosted by television and radio personality Deloris Frimpong-Manso also known as Delay.
Kurl Songx is currently promoting his new song titled ‘Trumpet’ and it is receiving a lot of airplay on various media platforms.
